1. As all our products are meticulously handcrafted and custom-made, each one embodies the efforts and unique craftsmanship of artisans. We do not currently offer a return service. We kindly ask you to fully consider this before placing an order.

If you have any questions related to after-sales service, please be sure to contact our customer service first. Packages sent back directly without communication will not be accepted by us to avoid unnecessary trouble.

3. If the product has any problems due to its own defects, such as irregular breakage, etc., we will send you a brand-new product for free, and you do not need to return the original product. However, each product of a single order can only enjoy this service once, and the exchange application must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the original order.

4. If your location is in a remote area, due to geographical restrictions, additional charges may be incurred. We promise that we will communicate with you in advance before any related expenses are incurred to ensure that you can make an appropriate choice based on the actual situation.
